Frequently Asked Questions!
What are the payment options?
We require 50% of the tuition at the time of enrollment. The remaining 50% is due midway through the program.
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. However, since tuition is split into two payments—50% at enrollment and 50% midway through the program—you are not required to make the second payment if you choose to withdraw before the midpoint.
Do you offer AP Exam review sessions?
Yes, we provide dedicated AP Exam review sessions throughout the month of April, covering one unit each week.
How do you communicate with students and parents?
We create dedicated WhatsApp groups for each batch to share daily lesson updates and session reminders. All official communication regarding enrollments and payments is handled via email.
What happens if a student misses a class?
We understand that occasional absences happen. If the reason is valid, we offer makeup sessions for important topics whenever possible. With advance notice, we can also record the session for the student to review later. Please note: Frequent absences may result in removal from the program without a tuition refund.
Is the instruction one-on-one or in batches?
Our instruction is primarily batch-based, led by subject matter experts. We keep our batch sizes limited to ensure a strong student-teacher ratio and an effective learning environment. For any one-on-one instruction requests, please reach out to us directly.
What if a student is struggling to keep up with the sessions?
If a student is having difficulty, please reach out to us directly. We’ll do our best to explore alternative approaches to support their learning.
As a supplementary education program, our goal is to help each student as much as possible.
Are your courses aligned with the school schedule?
Yes, our courses are designed to stay a few weeks ahead of the school schedule to make classroom learning easier for students.
For AP programs, we follow the official AP curriculum sequence to ensure complete alignment.
Where are the classes held?
All in-person classes take place at our office:
8765 Stockard Dr., Suite 203 Frisco, TX 75034
All virtual sessions are conducted via Zoom.
Will there be homework and study materials provided?
Yes, standard study material will be provided, and weekly homework will be assigned through Google Classroom. Additional resources and extra assignments will be offered to enthusiastic and self-driven students seeking more challenge.
If a student has questions, can they reach out during the week?
Absolutely. Students are welcome to contact us anytime during the week via email or through their batch’s WhatsApp group. We’re always here to help.
